HousePure Dishwasher Filter Cartridge Change Instructions

• Turn on the dishwasher (start wash cycle) until you hear water start to flow into

dish washer unit.

• Turn off the undersink water supply to dishwasher (sound of water flowing will

stop.

• Turn off the dishwasher or open the door.

• Place a towel under the filter system to absorb any water that may spill during

filter change.

• Using sump (filter bowl) wrench that came with the filter system, turn the sump

to the left until it turns easily.

• Continue unscrewing the sump by hand until the sump drops free.

• Remove the old filter and install a new one making sure the end of filter cartridge

with the large white cap faces up.

• Make sure that the large black o-ring is in place in the groove below threads in

sump, then screw the sump back onto filter head until resistance is felt.

• Using the wrench tighten sump an additional turns until snug.

• Turn the water supply back on and check for leaks.

• Filter system and dishwasher are now ready for use.
